We want you to absolutely love your Glowluminous purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to make it right.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it (unopened and unused).

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the shipping address without contacting us first.
For hygiene reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kandusolutions01@gmail.com with proof of the issue.
